Current Limits
To ensure optimal performance, stability, and fair usage across all users, we have set the following limits for API access. At this time, these limits are fixed and cannot be increased:
Concurrent Limit
- A maximum of 1 call in progress is allowed at any given time
- No more than 1 API request can be processed simultaneously per company-ID
Action Size Limit
- Each API request on the Submit Bookkeeping Transactions endpoint can handle a maximum of 500 actions per call
- Requests that exceed this size will be rejected
We believe these limits will meet the needs of most users during the initial phase of API access. Exceeding these limits will result in rate limiting, and additional requests will be rejected until the limits reset.
